We synthesize publicly available and institutionally verified data regarding online and distance learning degree programs offered by recognized, UGC-DEB entitled partner universities across India.

All academic counselling, university recommendations, syllabus evaluations, and eligibility estimations provided by UnivSphere counsellors are provided strictly free of charge to students and prospective applicants.

No counsellor, advisor, or representative of UnivSphere is authorized to solicit private consultation fees, cash payments, or personal deposits. Any university tuition fee deposition is directed through official university payment gateways or designated institutional accounts.

When submitting contact forms, requesting university callbacks, or participating in our course matchers, you warrant and represent that:

• All information provided (including full legal name, date of birth, contact details, state of residence, and educational percentages) is authentic, accurate, and current.
• You possess the prerequisite qualifying certificates (e.g. 10+2 for Bachelor's, Bachelor's degree for Master's) mandated by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the respective university's academic ordinances.
• You will not submit misleading or fabricated educational transcripts, which may result in immediate cancellation of admission by the university.

UnivSphere publishes indicative tuition fee ranges and semester schedules supplied by our partner institutions. However, university academic councils periodically review fee structures, examination fees, and alumni portal charges.

0% Interest EMI Schemes: Any monthly installment plans or non-banking financial partner loans (e.g., Eduvanz, Liquiloans, Propelld) are subject to third-party lending criteria, credit score checks, and university approval.

Refund & Cancellation Policies: All admission cancellations and fee refunds are strictly governed by the statutory refund policy of the respective university in accordance with UGC notifications. UnivSphere does not collect or retain tuition fees directly.

All proprietary algorithms, comparison UI frameworks, software code, branding, and original analytical content on UnivSphere are the exclusive intellectual property of UnivSphere.

All institutional emblems, logos, and university names (including Manipal University Jaipur, Amity University Online, Chandigarh University, Shoolini University, NMIMS, LPU, etc.) displayed on our portal remain the intellectual property and registered trademarks of their respective statutory bodies. Their depiction on UnivSphere is strictly for comparative educational identification.

UnivSphere endeavors to maintain absolute accuracy in all degree timelines, accreditations, and syllabi. However, UnivSphere expressly disclaims any liability for losses, indirect damages, or academic consequences arising from university curriculum changes, examination date modifications, or regulatory guideline shifts.
