- Verifying mobile or email authenticity via one-time passwords (OTP) to prevent spam and impersonation.
Strict Zero-Spam Guarantee & No Third-Party Sales
UnivSphere does NOT sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal data to unauthorized third-party marketing companies, cold-calling agencies, or commercial brokers. You will never receive spam marketing calls from non-educational entities as a result of using UnivSphere.
Authorized Sharing with Partner Universities
When you express explicit interest in a specific university (e.g. Manipal University Jaipur, Amity University Online, Chandigarh University, Shoolini University, NMIMS, etc.) or authorize an admission callback, we transmit your academic profile directly to the official admissions registrar and authorized academic counsellors of that specific institution.
This enables the university to verify your eligibility, issue provisional offer letters, and assist with document submission.
Data Security & Encryption
We employ rigorous administrative, technological, and physical security safeguards:
- All data transmission is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 protocols.
- Internal database and memory stores are restricted to verified admissions personnel with strict role-based access.
- One-time verification codes (OTPs) automatically expire within 10 minutes of generation.
